Accommodation . . .
There are several different types of accommodation. Serviced and Non-serviced which can also be known as self-catering, B&B, (bed and breakfast) half board, full board and all inclusive.
Serviced-
Serviced accommodation is where most things are done by cleaners, chefs, receptionist and concierges. An example of this would be the Hilton hotel. The Hilton hotel is an example of "top notch service". Different hotels have different budgets and purposes, even privately owned hotels such as the Hilton offer different services and different offers to curtain guests. When most people travel abroad they book serviced accommodations as it’s easier and sometimes cheaper, serviced accommodation can be suited more for a relaxing holiday or even a business trip.
Non-serviced-
Non-serviced accommodation is where you're on your own, nothing is done from you. The cleaning, cooking and everything else is up to the guest. An example of non-serviced accommodation is a camp site such as Shell Island Campsite. It’s a "do it yourself" accommodation. Different campsites have different policies. Most have facilities to wash, toilets and places to do washing and everything else, some places have snack bars or restaurants but most places you have to make/take your own food.
